• Proactively source and identify qualified caregivers (CHHA and related profiles) through multiple outbound channels. • Actively engage caregivers via email, direct messaging, sourcing platforms, and other outreach methods. • Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of caregiver candidates for both immediate coverage and future needs. • Conduct initial outreach conversations to assess basic fit, availability, and interest. • Use sourcing platforms, internal databases, and external networks to expand caregiver reach. • Track outreach activity and sourcing progress to ensure continuous candidate flow. • Adapt sourcing strategies based on results and market response. • Work independently with minimal supervision, managing time and priorities effectively. • Collaborate with internal teams to align sourcing efforts with operational needs. • Maintain professionalism and urgency in all candidate communications.
• 1 Year in talent sourcing, headhunting, or proactive recruitment. • Strong outbound sourcing skills (email outreach, platform-based sourcing, direct messaging). • Familiarity with caregiver or healthcare staffing environments (preferred). • Ability to identify and engage passive candidates.
