• Act in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Group's compensation processes and practices, ensuring consistency and adherence to internal policies. • Conduct compensation analyses and studies related to personnel movements, including promotions, salary band placements, merit reviews, and structural adjustments. • Support the drafting, review, and updating of compensation policies and guidelines, contributing to the standardization of organizational practices. • Perform calculations for short-term incentives and provisions related to compensation according to schedules. • Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of fixed and variable compensation programs. • Conduct and analyze market salary surveys, evaluating competitive positioning and compensation trends. • Prepare analyses, reports, and compensation metrics that support decision-making by Human Resources and company leadership. • Ensure the correct application of compensation policies and practices in internal processes, acting as technical support to business areas and HR.
