📋 Description

• Handle support requests (N3 troubleshooting, environment monitoring and assessment, version and vulnerability analysis) • Participate in incidents and resolve issues related to support and projects • Escalate and follow up support and project tickets with vendors • Lead and execute technical activities related to support and project delivery • Prepare and present technical support and project documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of PAM/PAS solutions – CyberArk • Experience in Access and Identity Management • Experience with Privileged Access Management • Intermediate knowledge of Windows/Linux/Unix operating systems • Strong troubleshooting skills • Solid experience supporting critical production environments • Customer-focused mindset • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams • Technical knowledge of networking (advantage) • Knowledge of security products from other vendors (advantage) • Desirable certifications: CyberArk Defender PAM
