📋 Description

• Oversee and edit engaging, educational content that interweaves the breadth of Sona’s products and services • Study industry trends, sales feedback, and customer pain points to continuously improve content strategy and execution. • Lead the development of next-generation SEO automation using agentic AI to give Sona a competitive edge • Design automated SEO content workflows using agentic AI, constantly improving prompts to enhance quality • Create compelling B2B content including blog posts, guides, and website copy that educates and converts • Manage Sona's daily SEO content pipeline, ensuring all materials follow optimization best practices • Leverage company data to generate unique content that establishes Sona as an industry authority • Develop AI-enhanced article outlines and review all materials for accuracy and quality • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategy and ensure alignment with Sona's business objectives • Stay current with industry trends and implement best practices in Sona's digital marketing approach

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years' experience managing SEO, content production, or growth projects for a B2B brand • Exceptional written communication skills with proven success driving organic search traffic • Experience using generative AI for content research and production • Proficiency with data analytics and ability to identify actionable trends • Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or related field • Demonstrated ability to manage agencies and freelancers to meet content goals • Strong organizational skills with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with Google Suite and integrating design elements with written content • High level of resourcefulness and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent) or at least three years of relevant work experience • Experience as a content writer, with a track record of writing articles that achieve top organic search engine positions (rank #1 or #2) • Proficiency with Salesforce, Hubspot, Pipedrive or other CRM software
