• Preparing payroll, including PTO management and tracking. • Assisting managers/leaders with tracking digital punch-in and punch-outs. • Monitoring overtime and irregularities. • Tracking department benefits and expenses. • Sending goodie bags for birthdays and anniversaries. • Planning and preparing KY quarterly team building events for HQ team in KY. • Assisting the CEO with sensitive matters, including regular email inbox cleanup. • Handling employee relations. • Preparing offer letters.
