📋 Description

• Schedule and perform in-field and remote support work, including pre-sale flow cytometer instrument demonstrations and post-sale support activities • Schedule and deliver post-sale customer training • Work closely with territory Sales personnel through the sales process, including tender preparation and demonstrations • Maintain detailed records in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM - S MAX) system • Capture Voice of Customer feedback and raise identified issues through required processes • Actively contribute to the pan-European FAS Forum • Identify and progress post-instrument sales opportunities for reagents, upgrades, and accessories • Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support for products, applications, and solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field support in practical flow cytometry • Academic background in Biotechnology/Flow cytometry • Good understanding of flow cytometry or related fields • Problem-solving skills paired with a customer-centric approach • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities • Self-motivation and a team-oriented demeanour • Willingness to travel frequently (approximately 80%) • Full clean driving licence • Fluent English and German speaker
