📋 Description

• Manage and improve Salesforce data quality across Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities • Execute data enrichment, manual research, validation, and standardization of inbound data • Perform deduplication, cleansing, and bulk data updates using DemandTools and Data Loader • Develop data quality reports and dashboards in Power BI and Salesforce • Enforce data governance standards and maintain documentation and metadata • Ensure compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements • Design and maintain automated Salesforce data-validation checks against business rules • Detect, flag, and resolve records that could block Quote-to-Cash processes • Use AI and LLMs for matching, classification, enrichment, and anomaly detection • Develop SQL/Python data-processing, validation pipelines, and automation • Collaborate with technical and RevOps teams on integrations, workflows, and system design • Measure automation impact and expand validation coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce data management and data-model experience • Proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis and automation • Experience building automated data validations and data-quality checks • Ability to translate business rules into automated logic • Experience applying AI/automation to data work, or demonstrated aptitude and eagerness to do so • Hands-on experience with DemandTools or similar data transformation/deduplication tools • Experience with Power BI or Power Platform • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills • Proven background in data cleansing, deduplication, and large-scale data management • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail • Understanding of Quote-to-Cash/order management processes preferred • Experience with Dun & Bradstreet or other enrichment providers preferred • Experience with Salesforce APIs/SOQL and integrations or workflow automation preferred • Experience with Snowflake or other cloud data platforms preferred • Familiarity with data governance frameworks and master data management concepts preferred • Salesforce certifications a plus
