📋 Description

• Support the Public Sector sales team by helping manage pipeline, qualify opportunities, and maintain accurate CRM records across shared accounts. • Coordinate internal sales activities including quote generation, bid administration, order progression, and customer follow-up. • Work closely with territory owners and channel partners to progress opportunities and ensure timely responses to customer and partner requests. • Help prepare proposals, RFI/RFP responses, renewal paperwork, and other sales documentation for Public Sector opportunities. • Partner with Sales Engineers, Customer Success, Deal Desk, and other internal teams to keep opportunities moving efficiently through the sales cycle. • Maintain consistent customer and partner communications, ensuring high responsiveness and professional follow-through. • Track key actions, deadlines, and dependencies across active opportunities to support forecast accuracy and on-time deal execution. • Build knowledge of Public Sector buying processes, framework routes, and customer requirements to support the wider team effectively.
