📋 Description
• Support the productivity and operational integrity of the Sales Engineering organization. • Maintain and enhance SE Power BI dashboards. • Validate data sources and ensure data integrity across reporting. • Own first-line triage, logging, and coordination of Salesforce (SFDC) change requests. • Support basic SFDC/Vivun administration tasks. • Document business requirements for small system enhancements. • Collaborate with SE managers to understand reporting needs and translate them into defined dashboard updates. • Apply AI-assisted tools to streamline reporting and documentation.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, operations, or business systems support. • Some hands-on experience with AI-assisted tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, workflow automation). • Practical hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI. • Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce (SFDC) data structures and reporting. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail. • Clear written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with guidance and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
