📋 Description

• Ownership and ongoing development of the channel marketing strategy for EMEA Central. • Translating commercial objectives into integrated marketing initiatives. • Supporting go-to-market (GTM) and revenue targets. • Driving business outcomes through data-driven marketing initiatives and partner programs. • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing channel marketing team. • Planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel partner marketing campaigns. • Advising partners on defining and optimizing their marketing strategies. • Managing regional marketing budgets with a focus on ROI. • Planning, managing, and representing Sophos at regional events.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on channel marketing. • Proven track record developing and executing channel marketing strategies within complex, international partner ecosystems. • Solid understanding of channel structures, go-to-market models, and indirect sales channels. • Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams in an international environment. • Strong stakeholder management skills across sales, marketing, and external partners. • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
