• Support the planning, analysis, and execution of scalable sales compensation strategies • Work cross-functionally with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on attainment and plan effectiveness • Help streamline and document compensation workflows • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR teams
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role—preferably in a SaaS or tech company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel • Experience working with Anaplan and/or sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SalesForce, Xactly) is a plus • Detail-oriented and organized with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency • Strong written and verbal communication skills
