📋 Description

• Assist in the development and rollout of annual sales compensation plans • Support the quota-setting process by analyzing historical data, territory and/or product performance, and sales capacity • Maintain documentation and communication of sales commission policies and procedures • Analyze sales performance and compensation data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement • Provide monthly and quarterly reporting on attainment and plan effectiveness • Help streamline and document compensation workflows, including plan approvals, changes, and exception processes • Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, Finance, and HR teams to collect input and align on compensation strategy • Support the compensation team during sales kickoffs, quarterly reviews, and plan rollout communications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field • 3 - 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Compensation Analysis, Finance, or a related analytical role—preferably in a SaaS or tech company • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced proficiency in Excel • Experience working with Anaplan and/or sales compensation tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, SalesForce, Xactly) is a plus • Detail-oriented and organized, with a commitment to data accuracy and consistency • Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences • Curious, resourceful, and eager to grow in a high-growth, data-driven environment • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI) preferred • Familiarity with SaaS sales models and terminology (e.g., ARR, ACV, bookings, churn, expansion) preferred.
