📋 Description

• Support day-to-day social media management, with a focus on YouTube and LinkedIn • Create and edit high-quality video content for social media, including short-form (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube Shorts) and occasionally longer-form • Develop motion graphics and lightweight animations to enhance storytelling • Support social campaign planning from concept through to delivery • Optimise content for each platform, with a strong understanding of YouTube best practices (thumbnails, titles, retention, SEO) • Collaborate with internal teams to capture content at events, shoots, and day-to-day moments • Partner with marketing, PR, and product teams to translate messaging into compelling social content • Monitor performance and continuously refine content based on insights and trends • Stay on top of social and video trends, bringing fresh and relevant ideas to the table

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing • Proven experience creating video-first social content (in-house or agency) • Strong editing skills and motion design capability (e.g. Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects) • Experience managing or growing a YouTube channel, with a solid understanding of analytics and optimisation • Experience creating both short-form (15–60 seconds) and longer-form video (2–5+ minutes) • A strong eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual composition • Confident writing for social - clear, concise, and platform-native • Comfortable filming content (mobile-first and basic production setups) • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple content streams
