📋 Description

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone. • Guide users through platform functionalities and resolve technical issues. • Collect user feedback to help the product team enhance customer experience. • Develop knowledge base articles and resources for self-service support.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience in customer service or a client-facing role. • Familiarity with trading or financial platforms is a plus.
