• Operational Leadership: Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication. • Evaluate performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics. • Collaboration: Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs. • Act as a liaison between company staff and the executive team. • Orchestrate seamless collaboration between our Product Design Team and other divisions. • Strategic Planning: Design and implement business strategies, plans, and procedures. • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth. • Financial Performance: Oversee the company's financial performance, investments, and other business ventures.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Chief Operating Officer or relevant role. • Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development. • Experience in fundraising will be a plus. • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities. • Excellent communication and public speaking skills. • Knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics. • Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing, etc. • Experience in a start-up environment a plus.
