📋 Description

• Prospecting: Identifying and qualifying potential • Discovery: Asking the right questions to understand customer needs and pain points • Presentation and Demonstration: Presenting our products or services in a compelling and persuasive manner • Negotiation: Reaching mutually beneficial agreements with customers • Closing: Sealing the deal and finalising the sales • Work closely with cross-functional teams, like amongst others with our AI Solution Specialist team, to maximise customer satisfaction and revenues and our Product team to ensure the best market fit • Relationship Management: Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, including growers, distributors, and industry partners, to drive long-term success

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales/account management experience in the Greenhouse industry • Proven track record of enterprise and high-value deals • An established network within the North American greenhouse industry, including growers, greenhouse marketers, distributors, and industry associations • Excellent communication, negotiations and interpersonal skills • Goal-oriented mindset with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment • Adaptability and willingness to pivot sales strategies in response to market changes • Willing to travel >50% of the time
