📋 Description
• Handle the design of architectural and structural elements for various projects • Develop innovative and effective design solutions that meet client requirements • Perform detailed structural calculations to ensure safety and stability of buildings • Analyze loads, materials, and structural systems • Create detailed architectural drawings and ensure compliance with codes • Collaborate with architects and other construction professionals • Conduct thorough reviews of design documents and maintain high standards
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Structural Engineering, or a related field • At least 4 years of relevant experience • Proven experience in architectural design and structural calculations • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant design software • Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Willingness to learn new design codes if not familiar with British Standards and Eurocodes • Experience in leading a project is an advantage • UK Design experience is a nice to have
