📋 Description

• Support all phases of utility construction for various telecom projects • Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project plans • Drive projects through all construction phases, including scheduling, budgets, and resource management • Complete job site walkouts and facilitate project meetings • Meet customer deadlines while maintaining high quality • Manage daily debriefing and billing activities for internal field employees • Coordinate Zayo emergency outage dispatches • Track projects from assignment through completion and invoicing • Verify employee hours and production • Collect and review required documentation • Ensure accurate billing backup • Maintain project and outage trackers • Prepare billing packages • Follow up on outstanding tasks • Work with field personnel, supervisors, and management to ensure timely project closeout, accurate billing, and efficient operational support

🎯 Requirements

• Safety is part of day-to-day work • Track record of completing work with a high level of quality • Ability to figure out difficult problems and use a hands-on approach • Interest in long-term projects • Willingness to work hands-on with the team • Interest in learning the telecom construction trade • Enjoyment of problem-solving and troubleshooting • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office • Ability to learn custom software
