📋 Description

• Input address and customer details into the Roofer platform to initiate roof measurements • Select and manage roof imagery • Draw precise roof outlines using tools such as 90-degree snapping • Label roof features including eaves, valleys, hips, ridges, and rakes • Assign correct pitches to roof facets and account for features such as dormers • Use layering and editing tools to organize and refine measurement details • Save ongoing projects and resume them as needed • Generate final roof reports in required formats and send them to clients or stakeholders • Ensure 100% quality and turnaround time from day one • Review client and support-team notes to ensure task completeness • Participate in weekly training refresher courses to evaluate abilities and identify improvement areas

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience in roof measurement is required • High attention to detail and precision, with a keen eye for aesthetics and technical accuracy • Strong understanding of roofing terminology and structural elements, or willingness to learn quickly on the job • Competence in handling digital tools and software for data entry and image manipulation • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines • Good problem-solving skills to navigate software issues or measurement challenges • Ability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM Manila Time • Ability to work following Philippine holidays
