📋 Description

• Provide superior customer service to external and internal customers • Identify and resolve customer inquiries using active listening and critical thinking • Answer inbound phone inquiries accurately and professionally • Provide tier one digital banking support • Assist customers with debit card support and inquiries • Process customer inquiries accurately and efficiently • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor with customers at all times • Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure excellent customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Previous customer service (Inbound Call Center) experience • Experience in financial services • Strong computer skills • Excellent customer service skills including verbal, listening, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner • Flexibility in working hours when necessary • Receptive to coaching and feedback
