📋 Description
• Placing participants for the High School in the USA programs • Securing permission documents from each school • Recruiting and training Local Coordinators • Overseeing health and well-being of participants • Ensuring cultural activities with American citizens • Monitoring all program participants monthly • Providing excellent customer service to team members and external customers
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3 years of experience in the high school exchange industry • Experience using a CRM • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Attention to detail and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects • High standards for integrity, honesty, professionalism, and work ethic • Self-motivated, positive, and enthusiastic
