📋 Description

• Conduct the initial technical implementation of technology products after the sale • Perform installations, upgrades, testing, and system configurations to successfully complete implementation projects • Advise customers on analyzing and reviewing operational requirements and understanding their business objectives • Track implementation project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and resolve scheduling issues • Keep customers and stakeholders informed about project progress • Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules • Work under moderate guidance while making independent decisions • Support the investigation, scoping, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up of change events • Contribute to the development of standardized customer solutions • Escalate events to the appropriate teams • Handle support cases requiring partner involvement, serving as the escalation point between customers and the partner network • Work directly with third-party providers, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers • Take ownership of complex tasks that are important to the organization • Maintain industry-specific expertise and stay up to date with new products and technical updates

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with several years of relevant professional experience, or an equivalent practical qualification • Fluent German and English skills • ERP knowledge • Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Advanced troubleshooting skills • Ability to manage multiple projects and parallel activities simultaneously • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules • Demonstrated ability to work with minimal onboarding or supervision, take initiative, and set priorities • Strong relationship-building skills, including over the phone • Experience working with third-party providers, consultants, VARs, or adapter and application providers is desirable • Familiarity with XML • Experience with word-processing and data-mapping tools, along with a strong understanding of mapping-tool functionality • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal skills • A balanced skill set: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and hands-on doer
