📋 Description

• Perform post-sale initial technical implementation of technology products • Execute installation, upgrades, testing, and system configuration for implementation projects • Consult with clients to analyze and verify operational needs and understand business objectives • Track implementation project progress, deadlines, and scheduling issues • Keep customers and stakeholders informed of project progress • Apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce required results • Facilitate research, isolation, diagnosis, resolution, and follow-up for customer change events • Contribute to standardized customer solutions • Escalate events outside the role's scope • Own support instances requiring partner involvement and act as escalation point between clients and partner network • Work directly with third parties, consultants, VARs, and adapter or application providers • Handle complex, high-importance work • Maintain deep industry-specific business knowledge and stay current with emerging products and technical updates

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree with various years of related experience or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of relevant experience or equivalent practical experience • Proven experience with EDI & supply chain • Fluent German and English • ERP knowledge • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage several projects concurrently • Ability to apply, test, and reconfigure data rules to produce the intended result • Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and set priorities in a demanding, fast-paced environment • Strong relationship-building skills, including over the phone • Exposure to third parties, consultants, VARs, or adapter and application providers • Familiarity with XML • Experience with text editing and data mapping tools, and in-depth knowledge of mapping tool functionality • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills • Balanced mix of skills: driver and facilitator, tactical leader and doer
