📋 Description

• Deliver new features and products iteratively and incrementally • Own features end-to-end, from discovery and design through implementation and maintenance • Tackle sophisticated technical challenges involving multiple technologies • Implement scalable Go solutions with strong readability and testability • Continue learning about the problem space • Participate in the on-call rotation and operate the systems you build • Work in an eight-person product team with a team lead, backend and frontend engineers, a UX/UI designer, and a product manager • Collaborate closely and pair on problems and issues • Contribute to key product and project decisions • Work with continuous deployments, feature flags, and tracer-bullet development

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on programming experience in Go, Rust, or C/C++ • 6+ years of experience in the tech industry, including software engineering, platform, and/or DevOps • Passion for building products and interest in DevOps, Platform Engineering, and Developer Experience • Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset • Experience or interest in developer tooling • Experience with or interest in IaC tools such as OpenTofu/Terraform, Ansible, or AWS CloudFormation, or experience with Kubernetes and the Cloud Native ecosystem • Early-stage startup experience or having cofounded a startup is a plus • Excellent communication skills
