📋 Description

• Own the product vision and roadmap for Spark’s internal systems that manage broker payments, data flows, and operational automation. • Simplify complexity. Build a clear understanding of our end-to-end workflows — how data moves, where it breaks, and how to make it resilient. Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Ops, Data, Finance, and Compliance to align on priorities and design scalable systems. • Drive measurable outcomes, such as reducing manual touches, accelerating payment cycles, and improving data accuracy. • Write crisp specs for high-leverage features: from ETL improvements to new automation tools. • Shape the product culture by mentoring other PMs, evolving our processes, and helping scale Product at Spark. • Operate hands-on, reviewing data models, digging into dashboards, and validating complex workflows yourself.

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience managing the development of web-based products • Prior experience developing internal facing tools a strong plus • Deep sense of accountability over identifying core problems and translating them to clear business objectives • Strong written and oral communication skills • Experience managing senior internal stakeholders • Analytical approach to feature development and prioritization • Comfort operating in ambiguous environments • Experience with SQL or other analytical tools • Prior experience building products and services in a healthcare or insurtech environment a plus
