📋 Description

• Provide support for procurements exempted due to value and assist with other procurement actions and contract addenda • Support the contracting process using the Price Registration System • Publish opportunities on the designated procurement portal, including all required documents • Analyze received proposals and forward them for purchase decisions • Monitor collaboration rooms linked to opportunities • Track and respond to supplier questions • Generate reports from collaboration rooms • Identify items for automated or manual purchase order issuance • Prepare and submit requests for analysis and opinions to regulatory areas • Monitor completion deadlines • Obtain, file, and update certificates required in the procurement process • Conduct price inquiries, identifying items eligible for direct purchase • Follow up on processes with pending issues

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical education in the fields of "Management and Business", "Control and Industrial Processes", or "Industrial Production" as defined by CNCT • Completed undergraduate degree in general areas of study • 4 years of experience working with procurement processes in the supply area of large companies • Functional knowledge of the SAP ERP MM module • Microsoft Office 365 suite • Knowledge of legislation and procedures related to public procurement and contracting • Technical writing • Basic knowledge of Power BI • Statistics skills to produce and interpret measures of dispersion, descriptive analysis, and charts
