📋 Description

• Perform ongoing services covering the processing of the client’s entire SAP solution environment. • Provide support, operations, monitoring, maintenance, configuration and post-installation activities for all of the client’s SAP products. • Maintain and execute backup and restore routines as required. • Open tickets, calls, incidents, problems and service requests as needed. • Conduct availability analysis of the environment, identifying trends, root causes, risks and issuing technical reports and opinions. • Apply the “Run SAP Like a Factory” (RSLAF) methodology to ensure full monitoring of SAP systems. • Monitor ordinary and exceptional processing flows (batch/online). • Identify deviations in system behavior (batch/online), checking for situations such as increased/reduced execution time, abnormal termination and other exceptions; issue technical reports and propose improvements. • Execute stop/start of applications, routines and tools, or suspend/interrupt processing for scheduled maintenance. • Create, maintain and document support routines for the production process. • Configure products and support tools for production analysis, such as SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) and Introscope, to assist in problem diagnosis and IT service management. • Develop, maintain, enhance and document monitors, dashboards, panels and alerts related to SAP environments to enable monitoring and management of IT services. • Continuously analyze routines, programs, transactions and servers to propose improvements, fixes and adjustments focused on performance and efficiency. • Participate in planning and creating implementation and/or maintenance schedules for systems. • Automate ticket, incident, problem and service creation wherever possible. • Ensure the availability of databases and systems during the defined days and hours. • Handle changes and service requests. • Transfer knowledge to the CAIXA team or a third party designated by the company when requested. • Monitor infrastructure during integrated tests, regression tests, performance and load tests, and data migration activities. • Perform other tasks of the same nature and level of complexity associated with the organizational environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or completion of any bachelor’s degree together with a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master’s or doctorate) in Information Technology of at least 360 hours • Preferred certification: SAP Certified Technology Associate – System Administration (SAP BASIS) • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical administration of SAP BASIS environments, including installation, upgrades, performance tuning and system maintenance • Knowledge of SAP environments: ECC, S/4HANA, BW, SAP Fiori, SAP Solution Manager • Infrastructure knowledge: Windows Server, Linux (RedHat/SuSE), AIX • Database knowledge: HANA, Oracle, DB2 • Experience with tools: SWPM, SUM, SPAM, SAINT, SNOTE, BR*Tools • Monitoring experience: ST02, ST06, SM21, ST22, ST03N, SM50, SM66, SolMan, Introscope • Transport management via TMS • Technical security: SAPRouter, digital certificates, roles and access profiles
