📋 Description

• Define the architecture, develop and integrate software according to the scope of projects contracted with clients. • Lead the development team and assign tasks using project management tools. • Ensure delivered software meets quality, cost, schedule, technology platform and architectural standards. • Deliver defect-free software components and maintain client satisfaction. • Mentor developers, standardize software quality and promote the team's technical and personal growth. • Manage project configuration, ensuring integrity, traceability and maintainability. • Collaborate with the software architect to define the architecture model and its evolutions throughout the lifecycle. • Interpret functional specifications and produce technical specifications using text, UML diagrams and other models. • Plan work in the designated project management tool. • Code, integrate, test, maintain and evolve software components according to technical specifications. • Identify, build and execute tests for the developed components. • Produce technical documentation according to contractual requirements. • Configure the local development environment. • Work on high-complexity tasks and prevent or identify deviations in projects. • Provide information to the DevOps team for configuring production pipelines in the continuous integration tool. • Support the IT team and client users regarding developed components, modules and packages. • Perform deliveries and integration testing in the client environment. • Monitor software acceptance testing and deployment in the client environments. • Train the client and perform knowledge transfer about the developed software. • Carry out related activities as directed by the manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or completion of any undergraduate degree accompanied by a postgraduate certification (specialization, master's or doctorate) in Information Technology. • Training certifications in development (Java, Angular, HTML, CSS, or other system development-related technologies). • Desired experience: 7 years in software development. • Team leadership experience. • Experience with Java 8 and use of Spring Boot. • Experience with relational databases – Oracle. • Unit testing development experience. • Knowledge of SOLID principles. • Development using established practices – SonarQube. • Advanced knowledge of the defined platform and technologies. • Knowledge of software architecture and software development patterns. • Knowledge of infrastructure for configuration, integration and deployment of software on the defined platform and technologies. • Ability to write readable code. • Code optimization skills. • Proficiency in the main languages of the stack.
