📋 Description

• Ensure the development of user-centered digital products. • Ensure that development efforts align with user needs and that the client’s systems are cohesively integrated. • Optimize interactions with departments, schools, and other stakeholders to gather insights and create customized software solutions. • Conduct and interpret user research and reduce service complexity. • Manage integration teams working with operations and the engineering of complex systems. • Lead workshops for product ideation, persona creation, and user research. • Develop user/business documentation and support materials. • Detail and refine requirements and manage nonconformities. • Conduct product handoffs. • Define acceptance criteria for deliverables. • Evaluate and validate solutions.

🎯 Requirements

• A completed bachelor’s degree is preferred, ideally in Computer Science, Engineering, or another field related to service design. • Certification is not required. • Experience with highly technical projects, working across two areas, one of which is a DevOps team. • Knowledge of conducting and interpreting user research. • Knowledge of managing integration teams working with operations and the engineering of complex systems. • Knowledge of agile frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKRs, and Business Agility. • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and InVision. • Knowledge of mobile app design for iOS and Android, as well as responsive design. • Experience leading workshops for product ideation, persona creation, and user research. • Experience developing user/business documentation. • Experience evaluating and validating solutions.
