📋 Description

• Join SpeakIt’s multilingual team in Lisbon as a Recruitment Specialist, attracting and selecting top talent for clients and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and build strong relationships with clients to understand staffing needs and business objectives. • Source candidates for client positions. • Effectively screen and interview potential candidates. • Provide candidates with all relevant information on roles and clients. • Submit relevant applicants by presenting CVs with an appreciation of the profile to clients. • Match jobs to candidates, evaluating job descriptions and requirements. • Post relevant adverts to attract top talent. • Perform database searches and use other CV sources. • Attend ongoing company training and report to the Recruitment Manager within a defined team. • Contribute positively to the company’s culture and working environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant field. • Proven work experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar position. • Knowledge of the end-to-end recruitment process and best practices. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools. • Strong sourcing skills and proficiency in using recruitment platforms. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills. • Ability to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit effectively.
