• Serve as our subject matter expert on California Regional Centers, DDS, Title 17, the Lanterman Act, vendorization, service codes, funding, SDP, and FMS • Guide franchisees through vendorization, compliance requirements, audits, and complex Regional Center questions • Build practical SOPs, templates, documentation standards, and audit readiness systems • Train and advise franchisees as regulations and requirements evolve • Partner directly with executive leadership to shape our long-term California strategy
• California resident with direct Regional Center or vendorized provider experience • Hands-on experience with the vendorization process • Strong knowledge of Regional Center funding, compliance, service codes, billing, SDP, and FMS • Ideally 7+ years of relevant experience across multiple Regional Centers • Ability to turn complex regulations into simple, scalable systems
