📋 Description
• This is a remote position. • We are looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with lead generation experience to join our team. • If you enjoy working with digital ads, analyzing data, and making smart decisions, this job is for you! • Your main job is to set up, manage, and improve Meta Ads campaigns to help clients generate more leads and reach their goals. • You will monitor campaign performance, update dashboards, and adjust strategies based on data. • You will also help review new ad ideas, support at-risk accounts, and work with internal teams to improve overall results. • What will you do… • Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns to meet client goals. • Provide daily updates on ad performance in the Trello Ads Dashboard. • Share weekly reports with clear insights and recommendations. • Review and suggest new ad concepts every month. • Help with client onboarding, one-off internal or external requests, and account offboarding or pausing. • Assist in developing advertising strategies for better client outcomes. • Contribute to updating the Meta Ads documentation and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• At least 2 years of experience in Meta Ads • Have experience with media buying platforms, including Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Google Ads including YouTube Ads. • Experience in medical practice marketing is a big plus • Independent decision-making and strong problem-solving ability. • Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. • Proficiency in tools like Word, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, email, and calendars. • Experience with ClickFunnels, GoHighLevel, and Meta Ad Manager. • Creative thinking to solve challenges and improve results. • Strong time management and self-motivation. • Are fluent in English, both speaking and writing. • Include the word “Meta Pro” in your resume or cover letter so we know you’re detail-oriented. • Are comfortable speaking on video calls. • Can work in US Time Zone (graveyard shift in PH or at least 4 hours overlap). • Are available full time, 8 hours per day, 5 days per week. • Have a reliable internet connection and video call setup.
