• Oversee end-to-end design and execution of analytics • Cultivating strong relationships internally and externally • Develop custom offerings depending on client needs to deliver targeted insights • Assimilate large amounts of data and articulate/visualize findings • Partner with innovation team to evolve agency POV on measuring and tracking media performance • Engage client stakeholders to understand how measurement will address business needs • Manage multiple project teams simultaneously • Lead development of narratives for analytics findings • Drafting of proposals and statements of work for new opportunities with existing clients • Develop pricing for proposed research & analytics projects • Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and federal regulations • Provide oversight and mentoring to team of research and analytics professionals
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience • Degree in Marketing, Data Management, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related major preferred • 8+ years of digital advertising, agency, or client-side experience • 5+ years of digital media analytics, healthcare experience strongly preferred • Experienced in managing multiple accounts and/or project budgets • Demonstrated success in helping clients take concrete actions based on research, analytics, and data • Creative thinker who is willing to think outside of the box • Demonstrated understanding of measurement planning, KPIs, and performance analysis for digital marketing • Clinical trial experience is a plus • Advanced skills in digital analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, and Google Tag Manager • Advanced skills in data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Domo • Leverage advanced Excel and campaign management tools • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills • Superior organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail • Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team • Demonstrated success managing and motivating teams
