📋 Description

• Interact with customers as the front line of the company • Ethernet cabling installation and termination • Installation of VoIP hardware including phones and analog gateways • Installation of paging equipment • Installation or reconfiguration of network routers, firewalls, and peripherals. • Installation of door phone equipment. • Installation of Camera Systems. • Inventory Management Software-Manage inventory of equipment • Providing general product and service training to new customers. • Follow safety guidelines for the area and all company policies and procedures • Maintain cleanliness and maintenance of company vehicle

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent. • Technical training or degree • 4+ years’ experience as a field service technician servicing commercial segments • Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record and no moving violations • Familiarity with Mikrotik and Cisco routing/switching equipment a plus • Working with analog POTS services on 66 and 110 blocks • Must be physically able and comfortable with climbing ladders up to 12ft • Able to distinguish all colors • Related certifications a plus: CCNA, N+, A+, BISCI, etc. • The ability to travel, which may include overnight / weekend travel, is required. • The ability to run CAT5e cable as well as terminate to CAT5e Jack, Patch Panel or crimp a mod end and test and troubleshooting cabling. • Ability to work in outdoor environments and adapt to changing work conditions. • May be required to get a Security License for the installation of camera systems.
