📋 Description

• Work with our existing Frontend team to build a series of reusable components and design features. • Design and develop for multiple audiences in a way that resonates with their unique needs. • Analyze user behavior and engagement metrics to develop optimized flows. • Work with your peers in the Product and Engineering teams to take key features live. • Write high-quality code with an emphasis on reusability, reliability, and ease of use. • Create and maintain technical documents including flow diagrams, development / testing documentation, and implementation guides. • Work directly with product owners, end users, and clients to get feedback on your solutions before they go live.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus; alternatively an extensive history of independent code development. • Proven experience as a frontend engineer, with a minimum of 6 years of experience. • Experience working with multiple teams distilling requirements and testing with stakeholders before taking features live. • Experience within payments, crypto, fintech, and BaaS are plus but are not required. • Proficiency in common web technologies and either a proficiency with or a willingness to learn: TypeScript, NextJS, Tailwind CSS, React, Figma. • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
