📋 Description

• **Sourcing.** Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. • **Screening.** Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. • **Interviewing.** Conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. • **Advertising.** Assist in creating and posting job advertisements. • **Database Management and Analysis.** Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics. • **Candidate Experience.** Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. • **Collaboration.** Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements. • **Talent Scouting.** Scout talent on various hiring platforms such as Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn. • **Trend Monitoring.** Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition. • **ATS Utilization.** Utilize an applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records.

🎯 Requirements

• **Enthusiasm.** Excited to ask questions and learn more about people and their experiences. You move people quickly through the pipeline. • **Presentation.** You represent our company professionally to prospective hires. As our representative, you will help get people excited about the opportunities at Spiralyze. • **Quick Learner.** You will understand what Spiralyze does and how the various roles work and you will be able to communicate that clearly to candidates. • **Attention to Detail.** You can recognize the attention to detail when reviewing resumes and correspondence with candidates. • **Organization.** Must be able to keep track of the various candidates for multiple roles (i.e., their status, resumes, interview notes, assessments, etc.). • **Communication.** Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • **Language:** Required language is English. • **Tools:** Familiarity with ATS tools. • **Nice to Have.** Experience hiring or working with **UI/UX designers** is a plus. Understanding design roles and creative portfolios will be an advantage. • **Entry-Level (0-3 years of experience).** We welcome recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in the HR industry!
