📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B tests • Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people • Ensure tests progress from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate testing rationale and set expectations • Present progress and results to clients in weekly meetings • Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams • Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum during complex or busy periods • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• Open to fresh graduates • Economics, Math, or Finance majors especially welcomed • No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required; training provided • Strong organization and diligence • Comfortable using systems, checklists, and timelines • Ability to plan ahead and complete work properly • Proactive, clear, and frequent communication • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Quick learner who enjoys technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work • Pattern recognition and strong questioning skills
