📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for A/B tests • Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people • Ensure tests progress from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and remove blockers • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Communicate testing rationale and expectations • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress and results • Serve as the primary contact for clients and internal teams • Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• No prior A/B testing experience required • No formal project management experience required • Organization and diligence; comfort with systems, checklists, and timelines • Ability to plan ahead, front-load work, and complete tasks properly • Proactive, over-communicative approach with clients and teammates • Ability to flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Quick learner who enjoys technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work • Ability to notice patterns and ask thoughtful questions
