📋 Description

• Coordinate research, strategy, design, copywriting, development, QA, analytics, and client stakeholders for high-impact A/B tests • Manage cross-functional teams of 5–10 people • Ensure tests progress smoothly from idea through build, launch, and analysis • Identify risks early and unblock teams • Build and maintain a testing roadmap of 10–20 upcoming experiments • Explain the rationale behind the testing plan and set expectations • Lead weekly client meetings covering progress and results • Serve as the main point of contact for clients and internal teams • Provide clarity, positivity, and momentum while keeping teams focused and motivated • Report to the Account Director

🎯 Requirements

• Prior A/B testing experience is not required • Formal project management experience is not required • Strong organization and diligence; comfortable with systems, checklists, and timelines • Proactive planning and follow-through • Strong communication and over-communication habits • Proactively reach out to clients and teammates • Flag risks early and ask for help when needed • Learn quickly and demonstrate high agency • Interest in technology and design • Ability to understand why things work or do not work • Ability to notice patterns and ask good questions
