📋 Description

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements • Scout talent on Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices • Utilize an ATS to streamline recruitment processes and maintain accurate candidate records • Report to the HR and Recruitment Head

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Required language: English • Familiarity with applicant tracking system (ATS) tools • Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate correspondence • Organization skills to manage candidates for multiple roles • Quick learner able to understand and clearly communicate company and role information • 0–3 years of experience; recent graduates and early-career professionals are welcome • Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus • Understanding design roles and creative portfolios is an advantage
