📋 Description

• Source and attract candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates • Conduct interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit • Assist in creating and posting job advertisements • Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process • Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements • Scout talent on Indeed, UpWork, Behance, and LinkedIn • Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and recruitment best practices • Use an applicant tracking system to streamline processes and maintain accurate candidate records • Report to the HR and Recruitment Head

🎯 Requirements

• English is required • Familiarity with ATS tools • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to track candidates for multiple roles, including status, resumes, interview notes, and assessments • Attention to detail when reviewing resumes and candidate correspondence • Entry-level role for candidates with 0–3 years of experience • Recent graduates and early-career professionals with demonstrated interest in HR are welcome • Experience hiring or working with UI/UX designers is a plus • Understanding design roles and creative portfolios is an advantage • Resume must not exceed two pages
