📋 Description

• Independently responsible management of (sub-)projects in the automation and process industry - from planning through implementation • Leading your own team • Responsibilities include project and quality management • Support and oversight of complex projects

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in electrical/automation engineering, process engineering or a comparable field of study • Several years of experience leading automation projects • Team leadership experience • Defining work packages — ideally initial knowledge in one of the core industries • Enjoyment and passion for project work • Understanding of business opportunities and risks • High degree of flexibility and ability to work independently • Customer focus and negotiation skills • Confident presence, strong teamwork and communication skills • Fluent written and spoken German and English • Willingness to travel for project assignments
