📋 Description

• Design and implement scalable, high-load systems using Python • Handle large amounts of data, exceeding 200–400 million records per day • Work with data pipelines, integrations, and analytics • Enhance system reliability, security, and performance • Develop, deploy, monitor, and maintain backend products • Collaborate on building and scaling microservices-based solutions • Conduct thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback • Communicate and work with frontend, QA, and product management teams

🎯 Requirements

• Over 4 years of professional expertise using Python • Experience with Python web frameworks, including Django and FastAPI • Experience with PostgreSQL, including performance optimization • Experience with async task queues such as Celery, Redis, Kafka, and RabbitMQ • Experience building solutions based on microservices and scaling such systems • Familiarity with modern CI/CD approaches and tools • Solid understanding of standard web technologies, including security principles • Ability to make architecture decisions with a strong focus on business impact • English proficiency must be indicated in the application • Applicants must provide a current country of residence • Applicants must answer whether visa sponsorship will be required • Willingness to work under a B2B arrangement as an independent contractor is requested • Nice to have: experience with StarRocks, Airflow, Kafka Connect, Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS infrastructure
