📋 Description

• Own the product area end-to-end, from discovery and strategy through delivery and iteration • Shape the roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, data, business impact, and technical feasibility • Work closely with Engineering to turn complex challenges into valuable solutions • Lead customer discovery and use insights and KPIs to guide decisions and measure impact • Use AI actively to improve and accelerate day-to-day product work • Lead initiatives across different areas and teams, working closely with customers and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment • Experience independently owning complex product areas • Hands-on experience using AI in day-to-day work, with curiosity to explore new ways of working • Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills • Solid understanding of APIs, integrations, and technical dependencies • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment • English at a minimum C1 level; German is a plus • Nice to have: Advanced AI use, such as building agents, workflows, or automations • Nice to have: Experience with ERP, CRM, POS, or similar business software
