• Commercial Executive - Media Ad Sales • Area: Media Ad Sales • Entity: SportyNet • Location: São Paulo, Brazil - On-site • About Nosso Futebol: • Nosso Futebol, part of Sporty Group, is a comprehensive sports broadcasting platform based in Brazil, delivering over 400 live football matches per year. We have distribution agreements with leading local Pay TV operators and a growing digital presence. We are rapidly becoming Brazil’s most dynamic football broadcaster, the home of Série C, select Série B and Bundesliga matches, regional tournaments, the European League of Football (ELF), and women’s football, with new content and offerings launched regularly. • Role Overview: • As our Media Ad Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving revenue through the sale of ad space and sponsorship packages across Nosso Futebol’s broadcast and digital platforms. Acting as a key member of the Nosso Futebol team, you will balance active client prospecting with the strategic structuring of commercial packages aligned with the channel’s growth and market positioning goals. • Responsibilities: • Structure, develop, and negotiate sponsorship and media packages across multiple platforms (Pay TV, digital, social media). • Proactively prospect new clients and commercial opportunities, both directly and through agencies. • Build tailored sales presentations and strategic proposals aligned with client goals and Nosso Futebol’s content calendar. • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and planning teams to ensure consistent and efficient delivery of branded activations. • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to continuously refine sales approaches. • Track performance indicators and commercial targets, recommending actions to maximize results.

🎯 Requirements

• Mínimo de 6 anos de experiência em vendas de mídia ou publicidade no setor. • Vivência no setor de esportes, entretenimento ou veículos de mídia é altamente desejável. • Capacidade de desenvolver propostas comerciais estratégicas e criativas. • Perfil analítico, com forte orientação para metas e resultados. • Excelente comunicação, habilidade de negociação e relacionamento interpessoal. • Disponibilidade para trabalho híbrido em São Paulo
