• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening through to offer stage • Build strong pipelines for Customer Support and commercial roles in Brazil and the wider LATAM region • Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand priorities and align on recruitment strategies • Write and post engaging job descriptions to attract top talent • Deliver an excellent candidate experience, ensuring clear and timely communication • Source directly via LinkedIn and other channels to identify and engage high-calibre candidates • Maintain accurate records and pipelines in the ATS, reporting on progress as needed • Collaborate with the global Talent Acquisition team to share insights and best practices
