We’re an extremely passionate and ambitious team building a company designed to outlast our lifetime. • We’re seeking teammates who share a high-performance mindset: Relentless Drive; Builder’s Mentality; High Hustle, High Humility. • Our cultural pillars guide how we operate: Spend Strategically; Push for Progress; Obsess Over Customers; Trust Our Team; Act Like Owners; Never Stop Having Fun. • Who you are: You’re a seasoned video systems engineer with 7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years building production-ready video pipelines with GStreamer/FFmpeg; Rust/C/C++ experience; Linux; cross-functional skills. • What you’ll do: Own the design, development, and scaling of our video pipeline for edge devices; optimize for GPU encoders/decoders; collaborate to improve video quality; instrument and monitor performance; integrate new protocols/codecs; contribute clean code; troubleshoot live issues.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, with a strong focus on performance and reliability. • 3+ years building production-ready video pipelines with GStreamer, FFmpeg, or similar frameworks • Hands-on experience with streaming protocols like WebRTC, RTSP, or HLS and codecs like H.264, H.265 • Experience coding in Rust or C/C++ programmers comfortable with using Rust, and deploying applications in Linux environments • A problem-solving mindset, strong communication skills, and a desire to work cross-functionally
