• Partner with other data scientists, data engineers, and business stakeholders to generate actionable insights. • Build and maintain tools, dashboards, and insights for Sales. • Design and implement rigorous statistical frameworks to evaluate incrementality. • Translate ambiguous business problems into structured analytical approaches. • Write production-quality code (Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate large-scale datasets. • Communicate clear, data-driven recommendations.
• 4+ years of experience in a data science role, with a degree in economics, statistics, or a related quantitative field. • Experience building and maintaining data pipelines (e.g., DBT) and developing scalable dashboards. • Strong foundation in causal inference and experimentation. • Proven ability to solve ambiguous, loosely defined problems. • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight. • Clear communicator who can translate complex technical concepts. • Motivated to work alongside AI tools, with foundational LLM knowledge. • Experience working in advertising and ideally in the programmatic space.
