📋 Description

• Set the product vision and multi-quarter strategy for ML- and AI-driven subscriber growth • Own a portfolio of initiatives end-to-end, aligning multiple squads and stakeholders • Develop data signal sourcing, data platform capabilities, and model validation • Turn behavioral and revenue signals into hypotheses and drive an experimentation roadmap • Establish measurement practices and ensure we scale what demonstrates durable lift • Drive lifecycle and personalization strategies that balance user value and revenue outcomes • Partner with pricing and packaging stakeholders to design experiments for monetization • Ensure production readiness for ML-backed experiences and communicate insights to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience • Leading data-driven or ML-backed products from discovery through global rollout • Strong technical fluency in experimentation design, A/B testing, causal inference concepts, ML fundamentals, recommender/personalization systems, data infrastructure • Experience defining and governing shared data products or data layers • Proven track record of connecting product decisions to measurable business outcomes • Experience in subscription or e-commerce business models • Strong judgment in choosing effective solutions while considering fairness, bias mitigation, privacy, and localization • Ability to influence without authority across multiple stakeholders
