📋 Description

• Develop and manage marketing strategies aligned with business goals • Evaluate marketing performance and recommend where to invest, improve, or pivot • Manage campaigns across multiple channels • Coordinate with outside vendors and agencies when applicable • Manage landing pages, funnels, and marketing automations • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns and newsletters • Oversee content strategy, including blogs, social media, and lead magnets • Manage or support paid advertising efforts across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other platforms • Use AI and automation to improve marketing efficiency • Track KPIs and present marketing insights and recommendations • Help prioritize projects and marketing initiatives based on business impact • Occasionally create or review marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and website content • Work with one or two US-based small-business clients as a key member of their teams and the agency’s team

🎯 Requirements

• Based in Mexico • 5+ years of marketing experience • Experience developing marketing strategies, not just executing tasks • Comfortable analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendations • Advanced English writing, speaking, and comprehension • Fast home internet • Personal computer • Comfortable using AI as part of daily workflow and building automations • Highly organized with strong project management and time management skills • Strong communicator able to confidently interact with US business owners • Able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
